At Regal Portraits, we strive to offer you the most realistic, highest quality
portraits possible. Before being shipped, all orders pass through an artwork quality
check and a product quality check. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns
because of the customized nature of art products we produce. If you
are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our customer

If you received the wrong product, size of print, or your product was
damaged during transit, we will replace it without question.

Bad Photo Policy
It is your responsibility to submit a high-quality
photo that adheres to our Photo Guidelines. Low-quality photos will
result in low-quality artwork.
We will reach out to you via email
requesting to submit a new photo, if after 48 hours and we did not hear from
you, we will go ahead and continue processing your order. We will do our best to
make it work but it might not be up to the Regal Portraits
standards and will cause delays with your order so please make sure to
follow our Photo
